Notes

Nasdaq-listed GPU neocloud (Northbrook, Illinois; founder-CEO Andrew Karos) that went public in May 2026 through a merger with Willow Lane Acquisition Corp. Sells GPU compute, CPU nodes, managed Kubernetes and shared storage through a console and API across six US data centres with five more building, and is an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Provider that has achieved NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status on Blackwell. Disclosed in an 8-K filed 2026-10-06 a GPU services agreement signed 2026-09-30 with Cohere worth about $525.6M over five years for dedicated NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 capacity - its own press release described the customer only as 'a leading sovereign AI company' and the filing is what names Cohere. Payment is contingent on delivery and acceptance, partly prepaid, with Cohere able to terminate and recover prepayments if a minimum amount of infrastructure is not accepted by 2027-07-15. The deal takes cumulative contracted revenue past $2.6B against $31.1M of quarterly revenue and a $12.9M operating loss - the counterparty-credit shape the Nscale TCV and Lambda backlog entries are about, on a company an order of magnitude smaller.
