AI lab and consumer-device company founded by Figure's Brett Adcock, out of stealth in March 2026 after eight months and started on about $100M of his own capital. It builds end-to-end speech, text and vision models with persistent personalised memory, ships a consumer app (Hark Pro) and a computer-use agent (Handoff), and plans bespoke native hardware devices as the interface to them. Hark announced on 2026-05-20 that it had raised more than $700M in a Series A at a $6B POST-money valuation, led by Parkway Venture Capital, and its own release names NVIDIA, AMD Ventures, Intel Capital and Qualcomm Ventures among the participants alongside Align Ventures, ARK Invest, Brookfield, Greycroft, Prime Movers Lab, Salesforce Ventures and Tamarack Global: four on-map silicon investors in a single round, which is why this node could finally be drawn. Headquartered in San Jose as Hark Labs, Inc., about 70 people at the raise and hiring 100 more, with the money going on GPU infrastructure and model development. Adcock's other company Figure is a founder tie and not a relationship, so no edge is drawn to it. Added 2026-11-04, five months after the round, because every page is blocked to the routine's sandbox and the figure and the investor list rest on search corroboration of the Hark release and of Bloomberg's 2026-05-21 story.
