HIVE Digital Technologies had a market capitalisation of $488M on 7 November 2026 (listed as HIVE; updated every weekday from the market price).
The seventh listed bitcoin miner turned AI landlord on this map, after Hut 8, TeraWulf, IREN, Applied Digital, Cipher Digital and Core Scientific, and like IREN it operates the GPU cloud itself, through its BUZZ HPC subsidiary, rather than only leasing the shell.

BUZZ HPC closed a three-year GPU cloud contract worth about $220M on 2026-06-18 that puts COHERE's models on 2,304 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs in GB200 NVL72 rack-scale systems at Bell's facility in Merritt, British Columbia, with Bell AI Fabric supplying the data centre and connectivity: an integrated Canadian sovereign-AI stack rather than a bare lease. HIVE said the contract adds about $70M of contracted annual recurring revenue to BUZZ HPC's realised $35M, taking contracted HPC revenue past $100M, and expects the deployment live between late 2026 and early 2027. On 2026-10-27 an indirect subsidiary, BUZZ Alpha Cloud, signed a loan and security agreement of about $129M with an unnamed institutional lender at a 9.0% fixed rate over three years, secured on the GPUs and related assets with a limited recourse guarantee from BUZZ HPC, covering roughly 80% of a $165M cluster and repaid out of contract revenue, with HIVE owning the GPUs outright at the end of the term. In that release the Cohere contract is restated at a fixed $225M total value once connectivity and storage are counted, against the $220M of compute in June. No common shares were issued against the loan, and debt is not a mark, so the ticker owns this node's valuation. It still mines bitcoin on renewable power in Canada, Sweden and Paraguay.
