Palo Alto neocloud (founded 2024) running three compute businesses at once: GPU clusters it owns and customises for large or specialised workloads, a marketplace reselling on-demand capacity from a network of supply partners, and serverless inference for developers. Says it has more than 220,000 GPUs connected across more than 60 regions and more than 150 clusters, and had signed over $5B of customer contracts by the end of September 2026, with the US and Japan together more than half of monthly sales. Its NVIDIA HGX B300 cluster in Japan earned NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status for large-model training in August 2026, exceeding 98% of NVIDIA reference performance on all six benchmark workloads. The $200M Series C led by ComputeCore, with existing shareholder B Capital following, roughly tripled the $1B mark set by its $150M January 2026 Series B. The mark is the weak leg: the company release announces the round and the $3.2B post-money appears only in trade coverage.
