Digit, the bipedal humanoid built for warehouse and logistics work, and the first humanoid maker on the map to reach a public listing. It completed its combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI on 2026-11-04 and its shares and warrants began trading on Nasdaq on 2026-11-05 as AGLT and AGLTW, after Churchill XI holders approved the deal on 2026-11-02 with over 84% of votes cast in favour and the SPAC domesticated from the Cayman Islands to Delaware. The combination carried a pre-money equity value of $2.5B, and redemptions cut the expected gross raise to about $465M: roughly $164M from the trust, about $201M from a $10-a-share PIPE led by FOXCONN, and $100M of equity received after the announcement, against the more than $620M of the June 2026 deck. It builds Digit at RoboFab in Salem, Oregon, a 70,000 sq ft plant designed for up to 10,000 robots a year, and says it has secured more than $300M of multi-year contracted Digit v5 orders. Its own releases name NVIDIA, AMAZON, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Schaeffler, Foxconn, Abico, DCVC and Playground Global as strategic investors and partners; Amazon came in through the Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund at the 2022 Series B, and Schaeffler is also a customer, alongside GXO and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. Digit 5 will standardise on NVIDIA IGX Thor for onboard compute (announced 2026-10-22), which would make NVIDIA the exclusive onboard compute supplier, but early access only begins in the first half of 2027, so that leg is held under the map's rule that a silicon deployment is drawn when it lands. The mark belongs to the ticker feed from the first close; the figure carried on admission is the de-SPAC pre-money, which the weekday cron replaces.
