Autonomous defense systems; the largest AI-native defense company. The $61B is the May 2026 Series H - $5B led by Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz - which doubled the June 2025 Series G mark; 2025 revenue was $2.2B and total raised is over $11B. An employee and ex-employee tender offer of up to about $1.3B opened 2026-10-13 and closes 2026-11-09 at $94.80 a share, which would price the company near $90B; it is the first tender open to staff in 16 countries, after earlier ones limited to the US, UK and Australia. The tender has not closed, so the map still carries the Series H. Reported in talks since July 2026 at a valuation around $100B, not closed.
