Founded 2024 in San Francisco by former Waymo engineers, out of stealth in July 2025 on $80M of seed and Series A money, and in November 2025 it completed a large-scale supervised-autonomy mass-excavation deployment on a 130-acre site. The $270M Series B of 2026-02-04 was co-led by CapitalG and the Valor Atreides AI Fund with NVIDIA's NVentures participating, taking total funding past $350M. The $1.75B post-money is the weak leg: the company's own release announces the round and states no valuation, and the figure appears only in the trade coverage.
