Irvine, California semiconductor company building coherent digital signal processors - the chips that carry data between and across AI data centres over fibre. The $275M Series C announced 2026-09-08 was led by Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners and CapitalG, with Sutter Hill Ventures and Maverick Silicon returning, taking total funding to $415M; Atreides' Gavin Baker joined the board. The round followed silicon validation of what Celero calls the industry's first 2nm coherent DSP, the basis of a roadmap from 1.6T optical connectivity to 3.2T AI optical interconnects. Co-founded by Narima Yousefi, previously 17 years at Broadcom and SVP/GM of its Enterprise Networking Group. The mark is a FLOOR, not a published figure: every source says 'more than $3 billion' and none states a post-money.
