Santa Clara interconnect company (founded 2021) that licenses NuLink physical-layer cores and NuGear chiplets for moving data between dies inside a package, between separately packaged chips on a board, and now rack to rack - on standard packaging rather than the costlier advanced packaging rivals need. The $145M Series C closed 2026-07-29 at a $1B valuation led by Seligman Ventures, with Cisco Investments and Lumentum as new strategic investors, funding an expansion from electrical chiplet links into electro-optical ones; total funding is about $295M. The on-map relationships are all in the PREVIOUS round: a $50M strategic financing announced 2026-01-28 from Intel Capital, Samsung's Strategy and Innovation Center, AMD, Arm, Coherent and Meta. The Information reported on 2026-10-09 that Eliyan has received a takeover bid and is working with an investment bank to target a valuation near $3B, roughly triple the July mark; Arm, already an investor, held early acquisition talks but made no bid and is said to be unlikely to at that price. No deal has been announced and no bidder is named, so the $1B Series C stands.
