Anthropic's primary US data-center partner ($50B initiative); Google backstops its leases to spread TPUs. It does not own the buildings: its largest single site commitment is a 15-year, 245 MW triple-net lease from HUT 8 at River Bend, Louisiana, signed 2025-12-17 and worth $7.0B over the base term (up to $17.7B with renewals), where it runs compute for Anthropic and where Google backstops the lease payments for the full base term - plus a right of first offer on up to 1,000 MW more if the site's power expands. The same Google-backstopped shape is reported behind its leases from TeraWulf and Cipher, neither of which is on the map.
