Notes

Writing assistance merged with email; consolidating the productivity AI layer. The legal entity was renamed from Grammarly Inc. to Superhuman Platform Inc. in October 2025 and the company now goes to market as Superhuman, with Grammarly, Coda and Superhuman Mail as products. The $13B is still the November 2021 equity mark - the $1B taken from General Catalyst in May 2025 was non-dilutive revenue-secured financing and set no new price.
