German full-stack maker of what it calls cognitive robots - the 4NE-1 humanoid alongside industrial cobots - plus Neuraverse, a shared app platform the robots learn from. Its June 2026 Series C of up to $1.4B, led by Tether with NVIDIA, Amazon, Qualcomm, Bosch, Schaeffler and the European Investment Bank in, is the largest round ever raised by a full-stack robotics company; the full amount is contingent on performance milestones, and the company says its orderbook and deployment pipeline exceed $1B against a target of multi-million-unit production by 2030. The ~$7B valuation comes from people familiar with the deal - NEURA itself declined to confirm a figure, which is why the mark is reported rather than verified.
