Sells enterprises the stack to train their own agents instead of leasing one from a frontier lab: pooled compute, an open reinforcement-learning framework and evaluation tools, offered as a modular marketplace. Founded 2024; ~$150M raised in total and an annualised revenue run rate around $100M. NVIDIA, Intel Capital and Dell Technologies Capital all joined the Series A. Agreed to acquire MOONDREAM, a sub-10-person open-source lab that had raised $4.5M, for undisclosed terms (The Information, 2026-10-13/14): the draw is Moondream's Photon inference engine and its automatic megakernel generation rather than its vision model, folded into Prime Intellect's own stack to make open models cheaper and faster to run on NVIDIA hardware, with co-founders Vik Korrapati and Jay Allen joining to lead inference and multimodal research. Far below the map's floor and no valuation disclosed, so no node and no edge.
