Notes

Spend management applying AI to finance workflows. The $60B is the $1.85B round announced 2026-10-15, led by Dragoneer Investment Group with Thrive Capital, Founders Fund, Sands Capital and Avenir Growth co-leading and roughly two dozen other institutional investors joining - four months after the $750M Series F at $44B, and up from $32B in November 2025. The company says annualised revenue has passed $2B (from $1.5B in June), annualised purchase volume is over $275B (up 175% year-on-year), more than 85,000 businesses are on the platform (70,000 in June), and it is cash-flow positive. Bloomberg describes the $60B as a PRE-money figure; Ramp's own release says only 'a $60 billion valuation' and does not say which, so the map carries the figure the release states.
