Hunyuan models plus cloud distribution across WeChat ecosystem. Signed a reported $7B five-year agreement with ORACLE (2026-10-01) for access to roughly 100,000 advanced AI chips in Oracle's Southeast Asian data centres, about 30% payable upfront - its largest overseas compute deal, and a way around US export controls that bar direct sales of NVIDIA's leading parts into China while leaving overseas cloud leases open.
